Most teams come to me with a dashboard request, a feature request, or an adoption problem. What I’ve learned is that the real challenge is rarely the interface itself. More often, it’s a breakdown in trust, communication, or workflow. My role is to uncover those gaps, align teams around the underlying problem, and design systems that help people understand what’s happening, why it matters, and what to do next.
