Design Philosophy
I believe the best design isn't the most beautiful. It's the most honest. It reflects a deep understanding of the people using it, the systems surrounding it, and the constraints that shape it.
My process starts before the screen. I map the people, the processes, and the invisible friction between them. Only then do I design, not for aesthetics, but for clarity. For the clinician who can't afford to misread a dashboard. For the freelancer navigating five currencies and three tax systems. For the researcher trying to find signal in genomic noise.
Systems thinking, cultural awareness, and craft; in that order.

I started as a visual communication designer. Branding, identity, packaging working with clients like Disney India, Godrej, and TATA before product design was even on my radar.
COVID changed that. The pause created space to look sideways into UI/UX, into systems, into the question of how digital products actually work for the people using them. I made the shift, and it stuck.
That's what led me to AdeaHealth, joining as founding designer when the company was still GlobMed, and growing into Senior Product Designer as the platform scaled.
I built the early product experience from the ground up - the research processes, the design foundations, the first patterns that would eventually become a system. As conditions, workflows, and teams multiplied, the work shifted. From execution to architecture. Aligning squads. Shaping reusable patterns. Sitting at the intersection of user needs, technical constraints, and operational reality.
My route into product design was non-linear. But that's what built the thing I rely on most: comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to create structure in environments where none exists yet.

Over the last two years I’ve incorporated AI into almost every stage of my process: from research synthesis and service blueprinting to rapid prototyping and design system generation. I regularly experiment with Claude, Cursor, Bolt.new, Lovable.dev, and emerging agentic workflows, not to replace design thinking, but to accelerate exploration and validate ideas faster.
